   2.-As an idea it surely its amazing but as humans the ego and own interests with the unbalanced distribution of wealth and access to those things would make all an ilusion of afterlife, even the desire to live longer to apreciate those who we love are making us greedy and could corrupt the main point of it.
   I don't know as he mentions the brain is a piece of meat, can the brain be able to procces all the data(that surely will be controled by some institution/entity for safety purposes)?
   We seek to evolve and trascend but at the same time it will mean the end of the human race to a Robotic/Humanoid Life? Because we would need to make a simbiotic relationship so the AI doesnt leave us behind
   And to what point, keep existing? Keep learning? Keep using resources? To finally live in equilibrium with some planet?
   The religions at their core are a guides for humans or at least is the idea right? Its just live the biological way without the own problems that the technological world surely will have and maybe we are not be meant to live

6. Maybe I'm just cynical but I think in 5 to 10 years time all this stuff will still be 5 to 10 years away.

11. Death is the greatest tragedy of humanity. It's a shame the religious people can't see this. All religious folks have this delusion that they will have an afterlife despite the fact that everything we know about the natural world contradicts their assertion. In reality, its us humans who must create heaven on earth and its us humans who must discover the afterlife and only science can help us do so.
