  4. I listen every morning, or whenever i need some calm. Lately, i;ve been aware of how critical i am of myself- for every little thing. It's time to let go of my belief to be in control of every outcome; as well as know sometimes I may make a legitimate mistake, and it's okay- even if others don't like it. Gentle love I give to me, nurture the right to a peaceful life. Let the chips fall when you've done all you can. When i was a child, I'd stay home from school, ust create: sew, write, make things, bake and design things. It was bliss. Yesterday I had my 63 birthday. Today, as i listen, I am taking the day off- to write, knit, sew, allow the creativity to flow. I am worth it…so are you;-)

  7. Thanks for this calming audio. I really need meditation in my life. I practice it everyday. How do i know if I'm doing meditation properly?
    I feel light afterwards and at ease, is that enough? My expectations are ridiculous i guess

  8. I've always felt despair and wanted to die ever since I was a child. Its really not fair that I'm forced to live on. All I've ever wanted is to die. I resent the people in my life for forcing me to put up with this. If they really understood and loved me they would help me be free from this pain

  9. Thank you, this helped me calm down and remember some precious memories. Also the background sound actually reminded myself of a few memories I had forgotten about. I almost cried of how happy I felt in that moment because I haven’t felt that happy in a while.
