Sometimes I get distracted from meditation by the details of the present, with questions like "why is it like this?" And "what does that mean?". I get so cerebral, and I try to remind myself to just let the present be as it is.

I couldn't sleep from overthinking so I thought myself maybe i should meditate, then i opened this.
Man i didnt know how much i needed this, i didnt know i was this overwhelmed cause of my own mind. The part 5.16 made me tear up i really needed to hear that.
Right now im writing this with tears in my eyes but a with a huge smile.

I just began doing meditation and this summed up everything I needed to do for past difficulties. I can accept them and let them go. Remain in the present moment and build on that with peace.

Med is like time for thinking and becoming awareness of what's happening in your current life right now. 10 min is what I save otherwise I would be busy with phone 😂 😅
