David Bingham – ‘Self Realization and Consciousness Experience’ – interview by Renate McNay
David and Renate explore the relationship between Self Realization and the evolution of consciousness. David has appeared on conscious.tv several times now and has an unusual ability to explain with great clarity the nature of reality.
David is an Artist and had his first experience of the timeless realm when looking at a painting by David Hockney when studying art in Art School. The highest purpose of art is to reveal the Self. He demonstrates how art can lead to Self-Realisation without the need for spiritual beliefs or practices and shows examples of paintings which can activate the experience of silence and stillness in the viewer. He also talks about the acceleration of the Evolution of Consciousness and that Self-Realisation is happening now on a much larger scale. The idea of a dramatic shift is receding and that clear seeing and acceptance of one’s ever present Realisation is all that is required.

I have had a belief that has helped me so much through my recent experiences w/a change of old programs of beliefs from the past and then daughter at 50 years old having dementia, possible early onset Alzheimer’s.
I came up w/belief that everything that life brings to me is for me, including the loss of an important friends who had been in my life that had help change old negative beliefs and who I believed I loved.
I listen to many YouTube video’s around this subject which you covered here. I listen to several teachers. I loved what they were saying. However, I kept saying to source or Divine Consciousness “I am not understanding this well enough to hold” these other teachers. Then I heard a young man and then David on this show. Everything became possible to play in this field and understand from my body/mind.
I kept saying all I need to do is follow this synchronicity that is showing up as it was placing the chutes and ladder’s out for me, and I did.
All the while as I also was reacting from my body and emotionally downgrading myself because of anger, control issues and separation from family I did not hide.
Then I listen to you and David here and your k li a test one w/David.
Your honesty and how you bring your heart into this brings a smile to my eyes, mouth and heart. ❤️👌I so understand sisterhood soul heart In a new profound way. And the importance of the gift men also being. ❤️ much gratitude and Ty Divine Consciousness and the fact I love to play and how my little child is loved by me more and more and how I never doubted synchronicity.

I looked up David Bingham on conscious TV interview and this is exactly what I needed to experience. I had to pause it several times because it was like keys being handed to me about my own paradigms. So much opened up to me as I asked before my nap to have the most benevolent outcome to receiving a divine message of love in the most clear articulate gentle fun easy way I can receive it. I was then inspired to listen to The Greatest Secret again on audible as I nap how I usually do, but this time the name David just grabbed me and I couldn't listen to anything else Rhonda was saying. So I paused it at 2:58 minutes into the beginning and that was it. Here I am. I am awareness. Thank you ConsciousTV for still having this up!!!♡

Always enjoy hearing David Bingham speak. Thanks to you both for this interview.
This sounds like utter nonsense. You sound as if you subscribe to the current speculation by various public figures that we are all living in a simulation. The statement that you lost your compassion and felt light hearted about it shows me that you are on the wrong path.
We are infinite awareness but this awareness has to get strong in order to harmonize and learn how to cooperate with own emotions. We are infinite awareness having infinite emoions, but not strong yet to hold this incredible and beautiful force and use it to experience universe. Infinite does not mean perfect, but it could get perfect and shine like gold, because emotions is gold:)
"Inspiration/Intuition" naturally make sense but that's not really a practical guide.
In contrast, self-inquiry IS a practical guide because THAT is the practice of surrender(at least in the manner that was explained by Nisargadatta in "I am That" or Ramana with "Who am I?")
Without Shunyata as a personal lived experience,all is the 'same old same old.'

Yes, that is true. One help is to realize that it is possible for us to change, so long as we try to change ourselves. The change that is easiest is realizing who we already are. Start there and see if reality does begin to shift, and life begins to improve.
Do you see how critical, how judgmental you are? Can you see where that comes from? Can you see who is doing that?

The only thing that isn't a story is attributeless Being.
Very interesting idea and perspective, David, but still a story nonetheless, albeit a lofty one. Still there remains a subscriber and chooser at play navigating through a nuanced value system and projection of judgements within a belief system that things at least from a personal level should be or could be better or different for the one who still himself having a life separate and apart from the infinite absolute consciousness.
David is such an amazing human being. David and precious Renate are so wonderful together. I am so appreciative of your tremendous contributions.
The problem with knowledge , is that is useless if not put in action and until this reality collapses all we got its this reality,,,,,therefore same suffering.
