  4. I just came across this and I started my journey today. This felt.. different. When it came down to the moment of writing my intentions it was really shocking to me how my brain and body suddenly felt clear and knew exactly what it wants. Looking forward for the rest of the journey 🙂

  5. Starting a bit late 🙈 though it was a short meditation session, I really needed this after a stressful few weeks at work. It was challenging but My mind certainly feels clearer and both mind and body feels more relaxed. Really enjoyed this and looking forward to doing this for the next 30 days. Thank you!

  7. This is my 1st time doing intentions and meditation in my very new yoga practice and I really enjoy the experience and I cannot wait for the next 30 days to unfold. I just have one concern that I am new to yoga, an as a beginner do you think I​ will be able to cope?
