18. Hi! I just found your video while researching some company reviews. My Fiancé has been looking for work since 2021 and has had no luck getting interviews. Would you possibly have any tips on applying for dev jobs? He went to a 2 year vocational college for full stack and after graduating worked for a non profit for 6 months when the pandemic hit he was laid off and hasn't found work since.
