This is so true, i naturally lean more towards being healthy after meditating everyday for 2-3 months, just a side note i have been working on myself for 6 months with law of attraction abraham hicks materials. When you are first trying to change, you will have less motivation to eat healthy it takes time. I have been exercising for the past month and i feel amazing. I started at 45 cm, now I could do the middle split, i wasn’t that flexible i couldn’t even touch my toes. That was part of my manifestation to be physically healthier. I am actually addicted to exercising now, i am on a keto diet for about 1 month now, low carb and no sugar but i love it. Less bloating and more energy. Sometimes you need external motivators, i watch ninja warriors while exercising. I found now whenever i have low vibration, i jump up and stretch or do star jumps i can raise my vibration real quick. I have been slowly reducing ‘problems’ in my life, the emotional reaction to unwanted events is the longest one to work on, i try too hard to feel balanced. I am getting the hang of it, reducing importance. Thanks to your videos of actual exercises and techniques i am progressing faster.
I have been a vegetarian for 3 years now (except I eat squid sometimes) I have been craving red meat lately though 😭 which I don't want to eat.
Those urges to buying low vibrational food is really difficult but really beneficial when not giving in! 👊

I find it hard, I just want to eat what I want, and put up with feeling like crap. I don't want to eat a salad, I feel empty.

Sunny, great! Listening to your body is a golden rule for me. Disregard what eveyrone says and listen to your body….The only thing I would like to add, is that running becomes far more great by listening (after converting them to mp3) to personal mastery quest videos! 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 ……..
