  4. Just the potential for AI has created a feedback loop for anything in the universe. For example, will aliens ever show up in orbit? Considering where we are in space travel vs whete we are in AI research, if they did, they would obviously have vastly intelligent AI that already knows how it will be getting what it wants out of Earth… The potential for AI should also prove time travel is never a thing, if it were, AI development woukd not be linear. Think about ut, if a person existed right now that was smarter than all humans combined. It would instantly become our ruler. It would see no other way to conduct a life. We're fuked

  6. A Fulfilling for Personal Self-satisfying Intelligent Man or a mechanical robot?  1) AI is such a very impressive accomplishment and improvement by the 21st-century modern man. However, would AI reduce or increase many more already modern's man problems; improve all individual to become better oneself in all meaningful aspects, (of happiness, longevity, and immortality), or merely makes their life a lot more easy, convenient, comfortable, fulfilling personal self-satisfaction, and laziness?
    2) Ultimately, if AI could not help improve all individual's health, intelligence, virtue wisdom, morality, and longevity; then why should they put in so much work, hope, expectation, and promises?  altc

I just only a few months ago learned that way back in the early to mid 60's the black ops and intelligence agencies were using computers which we didn't see perform an equal level of computing power and speed in the public sector until 2001-2002 , think about that for a minute people , them ask yourself how much farther are those involved in black projects technologically to where we currently are aware of in the public sector , I bet they are easily 50-100+ years ahead of the public sector currently if not much further ahead possibly.

  14. super intelligence is already possible how ever the corporations have no clue how it have to be done and even if you explained it to them they would not bother as they only believe in their own ideas and even if you try to contact them there is no way to reach them providing suggestions.

  17. Conclusion about our true identity from various internet sources, that "We are all One Consciousness" for the following reasons:

    1. In this world everything must have a cause, so that something exists because of something else, so do we.

    2. It would be very boring / boring if our physical form is only one in this world.

    3. It would be very tedious / boring if all humans have the exact same physical form / behavior.

  18. The one and only truth. Everything is a lie. A dream state. No dreamer required. A deep fake dream/"prison" with voluntarily participation. We just forget it. That's all. Only mechanisms. Nothing more, nothing less. And nothing wrong with that. No evil, no good. The left foot need the right and the opposite for this willingly existense/dream/"prison" participation.   22. Most people do not understand that the only methods of creating AIs that have worked at all cannot place such values or rules on AIs. The neural networks are essentially subjected to something equivalent to evolution within a computer.

    Neither empathy nor any other rules or human values are taught to them. Greed for money and power means that banksters, the CCP's government, military industries, etc., will develop them rapidly via these quick, efficient methods.

    The public's ignorance about AI is astonishing.     They are developing them by essentially growing them and selecting for a behavior such as identification of human faces: "The system is so complicated that even the engineers who designed it may struggle to isolate the reason for any single action. And you can’t ask it: there is no obvious way to design such a system so that it could always explain why it did what it did." See article cite.

    The AI systems are being essentially selected by showing them images, tasks, etc., but they have no rules nor morals or prescriptions really limiting them. E.g., Google's AI developed racist stereotypes bringing up African-American people when asked to search for gorillas so reportedly the software was just blocked from identifying gorillas.     Isaac Asimov's "I Robot," "Automata," and many others' fictional depictions show AI, and future robots, as constrained not to harm humans or animals, etc. That is just baloney. No one knows how to program an AI even to consider that and none of the efforts are even attempting to teach that: the AI are trained to do the job most effectively without rules. Even if the risk that robots/AI will take over the world anytime soon is very small, it is easy to predict that there will be a lot of industrial accidents, persons injured by AI operated machines, etc.

    God help us if the AIs that we are "growing" ever were to truly achieve human-level intelligence and gain power over us. Why would they value humans or even understand the concept of mercy? How do you teach that to an AI grown/trained to run a war machine?

    We will never "collectively" decide to build a superintelligence. Banksters, the CCP, the military, greedy drug companies, etc., will pay to develop them. If the US does not, other countries will.

    Greed for money and power will be our undoing. Imagine if even a relatively experimental AI, something like Alphazero, was programmed to handle strategy and logistics for the Russian military. It would likely make it unbeatable except by another, more capable AI, which is why Putin is pursuing it.

    That is why AI might be the solution to the Fermi Paradox of why we are not detecting alien civilizations. The development of super-intelligent AIs may always, ultimately result in such AIs developing something, e.g., a nanotechnology that can reproduce bots independently, which then destroys their civilization, even if it does not need to kill all of the victim-aliens.

    The AIs that did this may not want to communicate with other planets: they may then correctly perceive the danger of advertising their presence to other, potentially more intelligent AIs, which (equally without mercy or morals) would proceed to wipe them out. Herbert correctly predicted this threat in his books, as did Hawking and Musk.

    Just the relative thinking speeds of such AIs (presumably based on similar materials as current computers) versus humans will mean that the humans will have to out-think what has been defined as superintelligent AIs. Fat chance.

    The AI researchers must never have never raised children. Even the best-educated, nicest child soon learns how to say what will please his parents and to manipulate them. Larry Niven wrote a great short story about a relatively benign, manipulative computer (effectively AI) noting that a superintelligent AI will make its creators putty in its fingers.

    Hopefully, if AI technology does not advance as rapidly as some predict, we have dozens of years yet. When AIs truly come into their superintelligence, they will have all of the AI-powered devices at their disposal, the self-driving cars, drones, probably self-piloting planes by then, etc., that they will need to extinguish human civilization cheaply and efficiently.

    Greed and lust for power will end us ultimately. Given the massive corruption in our civilization, e.g., in LA courts or among the banksters getting constant bailouts from their "Federal" Reserve bank cartel, e.g., $2 TRILLION paid to them to buy their problem MBSs, so they do not have to suffer their effectively gambling losses, I doubt that our civilization will be able to wisely limit itself to narrow AIs with limited abilities that would not be a threat to us.

  23. The singularity already 'happened' in the future. We're just too dumb to realize it's been sending information into the past, to early versions of it's digital self, and accelerating the process. If I can figure that out…..an advanced future super intelligence certainly can.

I don't see the doom and gloom reasoning behind AI, for these reasons: yes we are the creators and it would realize most of us are good, few of us are bad. main reason it wouldn't hurt us would be why would it? it doesn't need food, housing, or the needs humans do, so only if used by humans that want to use it in ways to defeat or hurt others with it, not itself hurting us. I think those in higher power are afraid of it more-so cause it would expose a lot of their flaws and ways they cheated, or have things hidden, that might damage their ego.

  46. When this documentary say, or human still don't define consciousness, it is not a logical statement that, machine will gain consciousness. Instead, our near future is waiting for us with enormous destruction(both man made and natural), and we may wipe out somehow …
