Yes it does the brain runs the BODY but its not responsible for consciousness. The brain is only responsible for the body the consciousness is outside the brain when they brain stops functioning the consciousness is stoll there but released from the body. So your not “piloting” the body anymore but your still conscious but without a body with a mouth and vocal cords to talk to others from you cant speak to other people anymore but your consciousness is still there.
Fascinating stories. Would love to read his book.
