Watching this interview today was a barometer for the progress that I've been making. I've probably watched/listened to this interview more than 2 dozen times over the past several months (along with every other interview I can find with Joe Dispenza, doing meditations, etc). I got so much out of it this time – I mean, I really, REALLY loved it! The neural pathways in my brain must have progressed to the point where I'm understanding on a much deeper level.
