Thank you, that's exactly what had happened to me many times, I was angry or frustrated, but my value was to be able to have decent communication, so I provide info about emotion I felt, but not necceserly show it. I knew about it, I even said it. Later I thought that I am suppressing, but clearly not really.

This is beautiful, allow yourself to feel those emotions. Anger, frustration etc. Recognize why you feel that way, recognize your triggers and then, when you feel ready, let go of that feeling without having to be holding on to any kinda guilt or shame.
