Sleep Learning
In this video we bring you English listening practice but in a whole new way. The idea of the video is to help totally immerse you in English. Immersing yourself in a language has long been known as a powerful way to learn a language. So with that said we have a video running of the busy streets of the US with background English chatter and Spoken English conversation being said in the foreground.
The idea is that you leave this on in the background on your computer or headphones and simply allow the English to wash over you, this will sink in and help familiarise you with the English language and English words being spoken in normal everyday English conversation. Try and use this video as frequently as possible, really pay attention to the English words and congratulate yourself as you begin to understand and recognise words and sentences. The conversation flows through from easy to intermediate daily conversation. At alternating speeds to help you learn and so you can hear the conversation being spoken at a natural tempo.
As with our Sleep Learning videos it’s a good idea to put this on as your going to bed and leave on whilst you sleep, simply to help you consciously and sub consciously become immersed in the English language.

Perhaps, the real conversation is just 20 minutes and the video repeats the same 20 minutes over and over again. So, maybe the idea is to memorize the words.
Me parece que la conversación dura 20 minutos y el video repite los mismos 20 minutos una y otra vez, de manera que dure 5 horas para memorizar las palabras.
