Thought seeing as i have had no decent response from the company, a review of the Heap of S**T they sent me was in order.
Seems they don’t have Trading standards in China..
So this started from an Advert on Facebook.
Been after a Cozmo for a while. a Ai based robot controlled and interactive with a iPad or android.
So when an advert on FB came up with 80% off the list price. i jumped at it. as many others have done.
Waited a few weeks for it to turn up.
everything seemed good. even the emails saying that the “Cozmo Intelligent robot in White” was on its way.
then the Package turned up.
the lightness of the package was the first give away.. it weighs nothing at all.
then i pulled the “toy” out.
Labeled as “COCO” in chinese writing all over the box.
a Cheap Red toy robot.
its not even remote controlled.
just a simple Pull tab for the battery, and a single press button to make the eyes flash and a chinese voice come from it.
NOT EVEN ENGLISH…
so i sent them a Email. of course i was pissed off. who wouldn’t be.
but to receive a reply saying there was no issue with the quality and if i wanted a refund i would have to return it at My expense and await their response. is just insulting.
even after i replied showing them the email stating they were sending a Cozmo they still wont have it that they have done anything wrong.
So now they get a nice video on Youtube.
a Nice review of their company, their ethics and their heap of sh*t toy they sent.

i ordered them on the 23/10/18
i see it on facebook i thought the same thing but i got 4 of them today
and e mail i pay for them on a credit card so i will go to them to see if i can get my money back

Did you got any more information about refund?
Dude! I did the same thing! I ordered two from the exact same ad on facebook! Got two Coco robots instead! I have not opened them. What did you do? Were you able to get your money back? What kind of crappy ass scheme did we fall for? Damn it!
They're just geniuses who wonder what time it's done and how much money they've earned from this sting…

Same thing happened to me. Quantity of 4 for kids christmas. Now I'm stuck with 4 of the same robots you displayed.

Snap I got two bloody hell
I got ripped off. I ordered Cozmo and a GoPro 6, but what I received was pure junk. Then, they expected me to pay for shipping back to china, before they decide to refund me! IT"S A SCAM!!!!!!

In all defence every time I get depressed I look at his review on u tube and it perks me up.
He also got ripped off with a star wars outfit by the same company..
