7. I take it that you're using the term in the broader sense. Surrealism is a very specific term as regards art. It started as an art / literary movement in the 1920s and then found its place in cinema during the late-60s / early-70s. Everything on your list that precedes the mid-60s is definitely not "surrealist" in terms of art historty. Probably you mean: "Things happening in movies that one won't encounter in real life".
