  1. I agree junk food, alcohol, caffeine, drinks with sugar can affect how you function throughout the day not saying it’s bad. She’s actually right because it shows that you’re being mindful of what you’re putting into your body, system, and caring for your mental health.

  2. Okay this is a real good and straightforward video. Because I had thought multitasking while eating doesn’t help you with being mindful when eating.

  3. I have a super fast metabolism & was always told to eat more or that I needed to eat a burger. I have started binging every night & while I only gained 15 lbs in a year of this bad habit my stomach always hurts & I’m so bloated & wake up in pain.
    I’m going to try this. I need to do something because this is driving me crazy.

  4. I feel my muscle definition looks more out there plus skin quality, not sure if its more minerals/vitamins get absorbed or its a psychological situation.

  5. Does this actually work for people who dislike eating and are overwhelmed by it and therefore rather eat too little than too much? I am scared that if I actually try to eat mindfully I will get panic attacks and get overwhelmed and have even a harder time to eat.
