Great conversation, as always, Jay. However, Adamski was a charlatan. In order for us to properly discuss the phenomena and get closer to the truth, we need to get away from story’s like those of Adamski, it discredits the topic

Very< nasty experiences – but never by extraterrestrials? Hmmm – how about researching the Brazilian encounters. Brazil seems to have been a hot-spot for ET visitations, including those of Ufos hunting down – repeatedly – tribes in the rainforest – for years …
When those aliens told the school children our technology is dangerous, I think they meant the internet and social media. The propaganda is too powerful now. Half of us are in the grip of mass formation psychosis and the division is deep and I’m sure chronic. We are in decline.
Who knows , maybe they are hear to witness the whole process. I don’t think they will allow us to blow up a garden planet.
We're slowly coming out of a dream state of hard physical science and waking to a whole new abstraction called "Humanity". Our "Oneness and Individuality" will determine the way forward.

VERY GOOD. I cut my teeth an Adamski and Menger which led straight into the Blue Books. My only beef with Blavatsky is the language she wrote in was so couched and twisted – mainly because we really didn't have the language to describe the principles she was talking about… For years in the 70's I was angry bc it seemed like this information should have been required mainstream learning. Then another 20 years on I began to realize what the current information about what the 'cabal' was doing… It's all connected. They have their purpose – to be so evil that we wake up up to all of it. And we are.

I enjoyed your talk with Gerald Aartsen, many know this story of the Masters and the correlation to UFOs. When I heard of Benjamin Creme 1988 he was very well known. My local talk radio in Tampa had him on it seemed every 6 weeks. Of course the fundamentalists began their usual rants and fear stories. I understand Maitreya has begun his open mission, look for a simple man calling for justice, feeding of the starving and the need to cooperate. Maitreya has a star (ship) that can be seen all over the world. This will throw a completely new light on the reality of life.
Excellent program and guest conversation. Agree wholeheartedly with these concepts. I had a vision when I was 8 years old where I was told I would be alive to witness the coming of this world teacher. I'm old now so hopefully it won't be much longer. 😉 👍❤️
I've been binging your videos man, truly fantastic work. I just finished the Chris Bledsoe interview…it reminded me of your own story when he brought up "Stigmata.". I immediately wanted to at least mention the possibility those marks on your arm may have been where Jesus had nails pierce his flesh when he was crucified. Just an interesting possibility! The massive gap between science and spirituality is so great I can't see how they will ever meet. Science minded people do not even entertain that spirituality is even a valid area of interest.
For instance the channelled work 'the law of one' has so many answers to all these questions (UFO, consciousness etc) that most seekers have.

Didn't mean to spam that chat. It is genuinely a pleasure to be among people who resonate with such ideas, and are drawn to this ongoing exploration & Discovery of Consciousness. It is WHO WE ARE, having a human, incarnate experience. It is also said we have opportunities only while embodied, which are not the same after we cross over, and as we return to Spirit/Soul. Needless to say, we tend to forget. I become psyched, because the more of us who realize this, the more who can become a Conscious and positive, intentional part of the change which is occurring. Gerard is a catalyst for such, a `guide on the side,' as it is said … and a true World Server. Jay, too. Thank you, and Namaskar! 😉
I'm afraid I was offput by his early acclaim of Benjamin Creme who claimed the Maitreya or Christ was living in London and there were severral TV news events in which he said he would be revealed. Never happened and Creme died in 2016. He also claimed crop circles were directly created by space brothers in UFOs – no longer accepted.
I'm sure Gerard's general points about spirituality and consciousness are valid.
His new book sounds fascinating and as a guest of Project Unity, should be well suited.
It's becoming clear that with all the brain and consciousness theories out there, the proof will be in the pudding. By this I mean, can any particular theory be used to create a human adult level conscious machine. My bet is on the late Gerald Edelman's Extended Theory of Neuronal Group Selection. The lead group in robotics based on this theory is the Neurorobotics Lab at UC at Irvine. Dr. Edelman distinguished between primary consciousness, which came first in evolution, and that humans share with other conscious animals, and higher order consciousness, which came to only humans with the acquisition of language. A machine with primary consciousness will probably have to come first.
The thing I find special about the TNGS is the Darwin series of automata created at the Neurosciences Institute by Dr. Edelman and his colleagues in the 1990's and 2000's. These machines perform in the real world, not in a restricted simulated world, and display convincing physical behavior indicative of higher psychological functions necessary for consciousness, such as perceptual categorization, memory, and learning. They are based on realistic models of the parts of the biological brain that the theory claims subserve these functions. The extended TNGS allows for the emergence of consciousness based only on further evolutionary development of the brain areas responsible for these functions, in a parsimonious way. No other research I've encountered is anywhere near as convincing.
I post because on almost every video and article about the brain and consciousness that I encounter, the attitude seems to be that we still know next to nothing about how the brain and consciousness work; that there's lots of data but no unifying theory. I believe the extended TNGS is that theory. My motivation is to keep that theory in front of the public. And obviously, I consider it the route to a truly conscious machine, primary and higher-order.
My advice to people who want to create a conscious machine is to seriously ground themselves in the extended TNGS and the Darwin automata first, and proceed from there, by applying to Jeff Krichmar's lab at UC Irvine, possibly. A surprising guest, a fellow countryman I'd never heard of before who has actually written some books on the topic of ufos. As always looking forward to the conversation. And it was worth it.
