Guided Mindfulness Meditation- 5 minutes of Relaxation

http://qigongforvitality.com

Here is a simple mindfulness meditation that you can easily do at home, or at work. We are so busy nowadays and it is good to just stop for a few minutes to get centered and calm. Sometimes we think that we can’t relax because we have too much to do. In fact we HAVE to relax BECAUSE we have so much to do!

Just listen to the simple instructions, then you’ll hear a bell tone and 5 minutes of music. Just close your eyes, breathe naturally, and keep your attention on your body. The meditation will finish with the bell tone again.
Enjoy and let me know what you think!

  1. perfect bell sound for returning to your day in a relaxed state.  Much more calming than my alarm clock i used to use before I found your vid.

  2. I’m slowly forgetting my happy memories and listening to this great calming music makes me feel wonderful makes me fell like I drift away from or the bad things in my life and I feel like it takes me away to a cold misty forest where I lay down and look around how my days and life as been thank you so much for this music that give me the chance to think about my great moments ??

  3. Thank you for this video. I feel like it ends a little abruptly too, but there is enough time after the bell to open my eyes. This is my go-to 5 minute meditation.

  4. The music was the best for me.
Sad it ends like it does, i just want it to continue, forever.
Thanks alot for the video though. in my hard stressed life, where I never can find Peace in my head – this actually helps me fall asleep these days.
I hope it will keep working for me. every help i get seems to Wear off, after a period of time, 🙁

  5. Physical matter is real, so now is matter and not now is not matter(not real), in other words "if it's not now it's doesn't matter"

  6. Thank u for the video. Helped me relaxed. But the ending was quite abrupt. Nonetheless, I find this useful & on the contrary I enjoyed the music. Reminded me of a day at the resort spa. Do make more mindfulness videos please.
