The Mindful Movement

Meditation, sleep meditation, mindfulness exercises, and positive affirmations can be useful tools for healing from past trauma. When we experience stress in our lives, whether it is chronic low levels of stress, or intense traumatic events, a cascade of events are triggered in our mind and body that can lead to disease. As we gain awareness of this process, we are able to practice realigning the communication between our mind and body to experience greater well-being.

What you are thinking about right before you fall asleep will set the tone for the quality of your sleep and your mindset for the next day. You have the choice to change the way you look at things. These thoughts before bed send a message to your subconscious to help you heal.

Trauma can be very serious. Please seek support from professional help if you are struggling.

  1. This is great. I'm doing self healing of breast tumors. I slept ! And i feel really good this morning. I suppose If I do this for 21 day, Ill be cured in a month. Thanks MS. Raymond. You have a beautiful and convincing voice.

  2. Thank you! I’ve been using this so much! It has been so helpful especially with the humming and I love it cause I also sing a lot.
    It’s always so draining when me and my mom fight, it hurts so much cause she always says so mean things to me. It’s hard but I’ve tried to not feel sorry for myself because it only makes it worse. Everyone goes through trauma sometime in their life and we are lucky that we have people like you to guide us to a better place ❀️

  4. I have been listening to this for about a year or more and I love it. I always start it around the 2 minute mark. I've been studying trauma and how to be trauma informed. So the other night I listened to it from the beginning and I noticed or forgot about how it says trauma can cause illness and disease which most know but I was triggered by that and I just wanted to bring it to your attention in a loving way. I will still continue to listen to it as I know humming has great healing benefits of regulating the nervous system but I just thought that should be pointed out. Thank you in advance for reading!

My wife, who I've been with since we were 16( be 49 next month)cheated on me from 03 to 07 and only stopped because she was caught, she wanted me to stay, begged me not to leave, then 2 years later I became so ill I was bedridden and was in and out of ICU, coma and family called in because they said I wouldn't make it. 2 years into my illness she stopped being there, oh we lived in same house but till march of 2020 I was just there to pay Bills. She literally wants to bleed me dry emotionally and financially. I've never gotten over the affair and I never got an answer as to why. Now I'm better we've been working on things, but then I find out she was hiding a coworkers number and some other things. She got busted with a great hacker Greatermindhacker who helped me hack into her iPhone,facebook,Instagram, Whats-App, Text messages, deleted call messages, twitter and email account as far back as 2 years.He's available 24HOURS.     What should i do at this point? Any ideas?

  7. As I'm listening to this video I'm having the weirdest feelings/sensations all over my body. Like my breathing feels relaxed but the rest of my body feels a weird rush of Emotions, my brain feels like a fight between changing the video and keep on listening. Kind of if my anxiety is refusing to listen and leave, like if I were burning it. I don't know how to explain it. I just know that I had to open my eyes and share this with someone. It's been a rough few years and I'm very hopeful for this amazing videos to help in my journey of healing.

  9. Dear Sara, I would like to know why do your affirmations stop at around 54 minutes? I am using your wonderful video for sleeping and it would be more useful for us if your voice and affirmations continued until the end of the recording. Thank you for this beautiful recording for traumas. If possible, can you re-master it with the affirmations until the end of the piece?
    Also, which frequencies Hz for healing have you used?

I said okay !! Sarah , you entered my belly and in 2 minutes , Sarah happily put me to sleep !! Sarah , you used your tranquility to fill my eyes with your soothing , comfortable harmless sleep !!   14. I've basically been falling asleep to Corona news since late January…….Could it be the reason I wake up in such a fear?

    Well this is nothing new in my life, so it's not the full reason but I'm pretty sure it works against healing. From now on I will give my brain/sunconcious/nervous system this instead πŸ€—
