I have shoulder mobility issues so I don't back squat (and I don't compete). Would this work for the Zercher Squat variation? Also, I'm about to turn 60 so would that be an issue?

If yall are looking into any more uses of AI in improving strength (or at least improving knowledge about strength), You could probably use machine learning using data for lifters by profile (can get people with similar experience, gender, goals, or even down to individual progression data as you). Use it to help modify base routines and see what it does on some tests. Would be crazy if machines could learn some modification that teaches us something from everyone’s data, or at least see if it outperforms by perfectly tweaking standard routines in a statistically significant way…

A nice feature I've seen from another app is the phone camera recording yourself so it monitor your speed, bar path, pause,…etc. With a wrist band monitoring your heartbeat.

How would you define weak back? My current squat and deadlift pr is 250 kg @ 91kg bw, just looking at it you’d assume I’m leg dominant but then again I can’t lock out a deadlift without crushing my balls. My point is, would someone build like me who geta horrible leverages for deadlifts still benefit from the same training as someone with a more average build who’s just lacking in posterior musculature hindering his deadlift performance?
