How mistake in interpretation changes the meaning of total sentence and creates misunderstanding. Here this person wants to say how AI can be used to trace a MISSING person and using AI police can find the person but he used the word HOMELESS in place MISSING. when one listens the whole sentence then gets the real meaning.

The Chinese know about being smart, so who else can make machines more smart.
