You will not unable to use more than 2TB of any larger drive without an update to the last Windows 7 supported version of RST. I was so frustrated watching these tutorials, unable to simply do what was shown. After mistakenly selecting MBR, and reformatting, the drive was still detected as 2TB. In my windows 10 you have to go to tools, than type disk management in the search bar. It will ask if you want to manage and partition disks. I unplugged the sucker and windows booted fine, even made a recovery drive just in case. This was my last step as when i first got windows 10 either i didnt know about GPT or it wasnt allowed to be more than 2 TB.
