  1. starting off today I'm going to try this with my before-bed routine: dishes, brushing my teeth, skin care and making my bed. let's see how it goes. if I manage to do those tasks mindfully, I believe it will decrease the likelihood of insomnia

    If you could do a video explaining the "Non judgemental thing" they talk about this a lot in meditation and I don't really get what it mean, it would be great if you give an example of that

  6. if any muslim is reading this comment then you have to understand that we have been blessed with salah as a source for meditation. If you are in a mosque try to focus on the imams recitation and if you are at home then recitate in a voice that your ears can hear and focus on that. stay blessed and i hope that helps โค.
