this tutorial focuses on portraiture on a fauve style, umm its my first tutorial and several people i knw in NZ wanted me to do one up i guess haha so here’s how i paint in a fauve style.
NOTE a lot of emphasis is being placed on colour composition because its the whole point of fauvism and the style they do.. placing emphasis on colour to express how they felt about something not the way the painting looked realistically. so yeah. enjoy 🙂

You can just blend in the colors which is actually better like what I made at my fauvist house painting.
This is very good, but I reccomend to make the paint less water and a bit dark and a little mixed. Other than that it is very nice.
