Headspace
When your mind is crowded with racing, anxious thoughts, finding your footing can feel almost impossible. In this 8-minute mindfulness meditation for overthinking and anxiety, Elisha gently guides you through a calming practice to help you step back and observe your thoughts, without getting pulled into them. Using a simple “train station” visualization, you’ll practice watching thoughts arrive and pass with curiosity and compassion — no need to chase them or push them away. This guided exercise is perfect for anytime you need to reset and reconnect.
