Super impressive, clear articulation of strategy. For someone who’s worked in regulated industry this makes a lot of sense. Execution is key and unfortunately that’s where IBM has failed in the past. By the way her answer about the Amazon debacle in NYC was spot on! Bezos is a visionary par excellence but has much to learn from her on how to be a model member of civil society.
