Users can see a JioInteract icon in the app, using which you can start a video call. For example, on May 4 users could chat with Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan. As claimed by the company, the current Jio subscriber user base is over 186 million.

JioInteract is an AI service that is designed to answer the queries thrown by users on it. It also has a machine learning system so it can improve with time and give better, more suitable answers.
