Thank you very much for this great interview. I have just subscribed to your channel. I do appreciate and hope you to do a second interview with Professor Mcfadden only to discuss quantum theories of consciousness and the new discoveries of quantum effects in the neural processing and their key role in the emergence of consciousness and cognitive.
These quantum theories of consciousness, for instance 'Orchestrated Objective Reduction theory' have been recently supported and corroborated by a growing body of experimental evidence, such as Dr. Anirban Bandyopandhyay's discovery of quantum vibrations inside Microtubules in neurons, along with other empirical experimental evidence from anesthesia study and its actions via Tublin Protein, and the work of Professor Matthew Fishernd and many others. skeptics asserted that quantum processes would suffer ‘decoherence’ in the warm, wet and noisy biological milieu.
But these studies and findings support growing evidence that microtubules and other biomolecules maintain can maintain quantum coherent states. These evidence in favor of the quantum brain hypothesis would challenge the reductionistic-deterministic view of the human brain as a sophisticated machine performing classical computations.
