Join Sara Raymond from The Mindful Movement for this 20 minute guided mindfulness meditation to help you let go of fear and worry to cultivate peace during uncertain times.

When it feels like everything is out of your control, seek to connect with what you do have control overโ€”Your breath and your response to your experience. In times of uncertaintyโ€”anxiety, worry, and fear are often heightened. These strong emotions are a signal, a reminder for you to deepen your connection with yourself. You can choose to see these uncertain times as an opportunity to slow down, practice inner reflection, and look for the positive growth that will come out of the challenges that we are collectively facing.

While it feels as though we are each going through this in isolation, you are not alone. Even this meditation, others all over the world are practicing with you and supporting you on your journey as you are doing for them as well. And I am here to support you. As I am writing and recording this meditation, I am thinking of each and every one of you and sending you positive healing energy.

In times of challenge and uncertainty, we can support one and other. The benefit of your meditation practice and your connection to your inner wisdom will benefit your loved ones, neighbors, community and the collective energy of the universe. We are all in this together and will grow stronger from this time as it draws us closer to one and other. Look through the dark night to see the light. Trust in the universe, feel the love surrounding you, have faith that this will pass.

Release peace and healing energy out into the world and know that others are doing the same to support you. Connect with the knowledge that you have the ability and strength to handle what comes your way.

I am truly grateful and honored to have this opportunity to practice with you. May you be well, may you be safe, and may you live with peace.

  1. The Mindful Movement is one of my favourite channels here on YouTube. Just wanna say my big thanks to you guys. I've tried a bunch of meditation apps but they all charge me after the free trial and I'm not financially capable of paying a monthly fee just yet. I'm so lucky to stumble upon this channel that has brought me so much peace and self-love the past months.

  2. I need something that is going to help me with my anxiety issues and panic disorder every since the coronavirus I can't get through this I'm constantly thinking about the what if

  3. I listen to your meditations nearly every night, and now my youngest son is listening too. Iโ€™m grateful you exist, grateful for the help. I tell everyone about you… my friends, family, therapist… and urge them to subscribe.
    You say you welcome suggestions. My suggestion would be a meditation to decrease anxiety in people (like my son) with misophonia, an extreme and selective aversion to sounds (Such as tapping, singing, whistling, chewing, humming) and sometimes movements that look like they could lead to such sounds. CBT and mindfulness seem to help many sufferers of misophonia.

  4. I have been going through a really tough breakup. The relationship was very toxic and I've only just seen and realised the emotional abuse that has been impacting me for some time. I only found your meditation videos three days ago. But these past 3 days have really truly changed me. Thank you

  5. I have overractive/pain bladder since 1 year and after all medical exams results showed nothing, I realized it's only because of fear of it, and anxiety, and obsession about it. It's a struggle, but I will practice this meditation more often, hope this will help. Thank you <3

  7. Read the comments and I guess I'm the only one who had a bad experience with this meditation, which I believe has nothing to do with Sarah. Right after counting the breaths from 2-4 and then 3-6, whatever she said made me super anxious and I felt, and still now, tension all over my forehead and I'm unable to release it.. too strange as I've been meditating for a long time and had always pleasure in general. Would love to hear any reason of why this happened to me. Thanks:)
