Not sure if it's just me thinking it but I've most definitely stopped snacking and wanting junk all the time and I ate a lot of junk, working nights it's the go to thing but I've stopped, didnt even enjoy a kfc yesterday and that's my have fast food place. Not complaining I love it tbh want to loose weight bad

  2. Just me or someone else here can hear him whispering while music plays? No way I know what he is saying…. maybe my subconscious can understand ?? Also for people that English is their second language… how quick can your brain pick up the words while he whisper?

  4. I’m not even joking listened for ONE NIGHT and didn’t even realize I forgot to eat for 24 hours I’m normally a heavy snacker so it surprised me

  5. Not sure about the nightmares other people have experienced but I listened one night and oddly have not snacked for two days and I'm a snacker!!! I mean its a problem with me snacking snacking but now I don't have the desire. Im very happy.

  6. Okay, so not sure if this is directly from listened last night but I had a dream I was at a healthy weight again. Got a membership at a gym today! Going to make that dream a reality! If this was the progress from one night of listening.. I want to thank you so much for this!

  8. A Fair. Unfortunately l head squeaking around 522. It woke me straight up. It sounded like foster dog was whining. Nope no sad pup. Turned music back on ,laydown , more squeaking. I think maybe it is supposed to be bird chirps. Lol. I'll try another. Music in this cosmic nice.

  9. I really don’t know how this is supposed to work, but since I started listening to this I have been having really bad dreams. I can’t say 100% how it’s working because I never have an appetite throughout the day. My cravings are really bad during the middle of the night. I suffer from insomnia so I start listening around midnight. I will say that it has helped with my sleep. It’s broken sleep but instead of 2 hours a night. (Mid day) I will get roughly 6 hrs. It’s just the really bad dreams I can’t take. I wake up nervous and paranoid.
