Anxiety is your body’s way of telling you there might be a threat and to take action. Depression results when you continue to feel anxious but you feel stuck, helpless and hopeless.
Dwelling on anxiety or anxious thoughts reduces immunity and can cause anxiety and depression and make you more susceptible to the flu or coronavirus.
