I been doing imagery work for 30 yrs and its hard to learn to be able to do it by yourself, when I feel crappy,like now,,I try find the 3 min mindfulness, and I just came across this, it's very good,,some may say others videos are better but to me there all different in there own way, this really helped me,,Im gone thru few things that Im struggling with, so ty for sharing

  2. I have this meditation as an assignment for my OCD therapy… I don't feel calm, I feel bombarded with agitation & obsessions when I don't engage my mind & body in anything… maybe with time it'll work.. who knows!

  3. Dr. Mark Williams is a great scientist and his guieded meditation are outstanding. I suggest to watch video, lessons and interviews, on Youtube as well as to read his books.
