  1. I feel like an important part of the body was left out…the butt. And I was kind of bummed he rushed right through the arms.

    Thank you for this practice as it helped me identify these places where I truly need it. I might not have realized how important my fingers were after they were not addressed.

  2. I find this meditation to be particularly useful for my MBCT practices 🙂 The simple breathing exercise is my favourite though. MBCT has turned my life around!
