  6. I have issues with anxiety and physical pain. I discovered these types of tapes several months ago and they have made a significant difference in my well being. So etimes I use one with a specific intent like the jaw relaxation, other times something like this. Thank you.

  8. Michael what a beautiful person you are to share this gift of yours and in doing so; helping so very many people. I have an idiopathic sleep disorder my entire life. I tried everything – every medication and form of hypnosis and alternative therapy. To my astonishment – I tried listening to you as a last resort initially for sleep- and it worked and continues to do so. I have never finished one session yet without falling asleep first. As for your session on TMJ and bruxism- for 20 years I have had to replace my mouthguards every 2 weeks because of wear . Again; to my incredulity- after listening to your session – my mouthguards show no signs of wear and tear .
    You have changed my life and that of so many others. You inspire me to want to find a gift of my own that will help others.
