  1. Hi! I wanted to ask something if that's alright. I've been meditating for a few months now and I've gotten 'better' at it, like I can relax a lot more and breathe better and also stay focused. I have a lot of anxiety so being able to just slow down is so relieving at the moment. Sometimes I even drift and I can go far away and it feels great, but I don't see it helping a lot in my life. Up until now I did it without having expectations but lately at the end of every meditation I do I feel like my anxiety has increased even more. My chest becomes really heavy, I can't control my breathing and I'm just feeling worse in general. So I feel kind of scared everytime now.. because I know I'll feel better but only for a moment. I'm sorry for ranting, I don't know if this makes any sense. I've been thinking that maybe I'm doing something wrong, and this is a meditation that I love a lot so I thought about asking here.

  3. really good!! i only found myself getting distracted by my thoughts twice, which is actually a record for me. it's like when i listen to this i get to take time out from my ocd
