minimalism, laziness, and the trouble with digitizing traditional art

Karyn Peterson

another art process video, with a little bit of discussion about digitizing traditional art, and the thin line between minimalism and laziness. as always, i am not an expert but i do sure like to draw, so sit for a spell and watch the inking happen. someday i hope to do a much more in-depth video about digitizing traditional work, but that is another video for another day. probably like 2 years from now.

materials include speedball super black india ink, a fun little speedball calligraphy dip pen, and chalky watercolors from michael’s. obviously not a sponsored video, but hey, it could be. hit me up speedball i love u guys.
