  1. When caecilius leans against the TARDIS it's like 12 is invading his body and is feeling so happy that he's just able to mess with his former self, through himself. Such a 12 thing to do.

  2. I just rewatched that episode a couple days ago. I really can't get enough of Doctor Who.

This is my 4th rewatch of the reboot series.
I only wish I could rewatch the classic series as well. I'll have to renew my BritBox subscription.

  3. It's so funny how similar to modern people the Roman characters are in this episode. Amazing writing (also, 'cavorting with Christians and all sorts' made me lol)

  4. If I had a nickel for every time a grumpy doctor appeared years before his regeneration I'd have 2 nickels, which isn't a lot but it's weird it's happened twice!

  5. Don't get me wrong, I love William Hartnell, Tom Baker, Matt Smith and Jodie Whitaker as the Doctor, but Peter "Local Hero" Capaldi rocked this audition super hard.

  6. I chose to believe the 11th doctor just spent like 40 years chilling and found a another Tardis and took it to see what doctor would arrive to take it

  7. It's amazing, from 0:45 to 0:55, that is 12. The characterisations are all there, the excitement, the thing about asking someone to get something then always adding something else, ending it with "there's a good man"

Peter really was incredible casting as 12

  8. Is it just me or is the family getting into “positions” to stop everything from falling over during the earth quake a homage to Mary poppins, and the family always getting into positions to do the same whenever the neighbour fires his cannon?

  9. So is him being in the show previously anything to do with the regeneration itself? Or are they just two characters played by the same person?
