  4. I think this take has a special merit as do all of Scott's undertakings. However, it is underwhelming compared to the ELO original. Slowing it down as much as it's been done has taken the energy and the breath out of the song. Add in that ELO had amazing harmonies and so much musical complexity in the original recording that I find lacking here.

    While Scott and his musicians have done a stellar job, I feel this is a tune maybe shouldn't have been tried with this format. It just falls short of the mark in interpretation. I know there are many here that will think I'm wrong and that's cool. It's all subjective so what the heck. 😉

  6. I love PMJ so much. They turn great music into such great retro versions. Not to mention all of the musicians and singers looks so happy to be able to do this.

  21. My mind always thinks of how to fit these types of songs into cinema and this would just be so great over a montage of a guy who lost someone and just tryna get back to normal after that slowly working on himself and finding new love and relationships
