  1. Honey has "phyto" nutrients? or did she say vital? Phyto means from plants, and honey doesn't come from plants, so it can't have phyto nutrients. Neither is it vital, it's barely more than sugar. This kind of lemon water and stuff people talk about is just… so ridiculous. If you want vitamin C, eat some fruit. Just don't spread myths like lemon water being anything but warm water with some flavour. You like the flavour, great, keep drinking it. Just don't give it fat-burning, immunity-boosting, digestion-helping properties. There's no scientific study to prove this.

  2. Just a recommendation from someone who used to work in a beauty/hair care supply store: you don't need so much shampoo. Regardless of how long/thick/dirty your hair is, you should really be only using a quarter or dollar sized amount of shampoo. You should lather the shampoo in your hands first with water, then apply it to your scalp (similar to how you wash your face with the foam instead of directly applying the cleanser on your face). Rinse, and repeat. The first wash removes dirt, hair care products etc. (surface dirt), and the second wash helps to remove excess oils on your scalp (kind of how you double cleanse your skin).

I haven't tried this particular line before, and I'm assuming the "pre-wash" does the same thing as the first shampoo, so maybe don't double wash with this product line, but definitely use less shampoo.

The skin on your face is the same skin on your scalp, so everything I was taught previously makes a lot of sense when you see how skincare has evolved now.

  3. I would be really interested to watch a video where you test korean bb creams and tinted moisturizers…I saw the old video from couple of years ago, and seen a few recommendations here and there in videos, but wouldn't this be the time to do a new dedicated one? The Peripera ink blurring skin tint doesn't seem to be available anymore in yesstyle, so I would be interested of similar affordable options. I found a couple of products in yesstyle no one is talking about, and it would be awesome if you tested them: Elizavecca Milky piggy bb cream spf 50+ (one shade), Peripera Ink lasting easy blurring bb cream. Of course the more products you try, the better we know which to try. Don't be too concerned about the shade ranges, because your audience might also be very diverse in skin tone and darkness. I really tried searching from youtube "best korean bb creams" etc, but there aren't really new videos to watch! So this might be the opportunity to make a hit video before summer comes🌻❤️

  4. According to Ayurveda, daily honey will make your skin dry very dry and not just skin internal organs also. So keep gaps between honey intake.
