Hang on are we talking technical methods like surveillance or only the human gaze ???
Is this particle prelit or postlit. It seems to me if you light it, you're hitting it with photons. Photons, interacting with particles could change them.
Try and recreate a calculated reoccurrence to see if the particles act the same way each time from the same stimulus. Let's see if you can manifest the answer. And if observing them makes them change, how do you know that they change from a wave? Where is this wave, if it picks one specific state to be in when you observe it.How did you know that they're waves of unestablished destiny?
