This meditation can help you relax, restore your natural balance and relieve stress that could be getting in the way of your body’s healing process. Today, I will guide you to attend to relaxation and healing for a rejuvenating experience.

    How do you bring healing into your body? Perhaps there is a way to be more specific about pain relief
    Maybe focusing on painful parts and dissolving them away
    Maybe it’s an idea for a new video??

  3. Absolutely love these meditations. Perfect balance of music, soothing warm voice and words. Just something to be aware of though – not everyone has family or friends to love them, so those parts might be quite upsetting for some people.
