5. This has been such a pleasure. And I gave myself a 7! I have finally completed the tutorial. It took a year (well, I did one or two things in between lesson one and lesson four), but the enjoyment will last even longer. "everybody" says it's the best I have done so far. I look forward to going back to other videos and reworking cherries or flowers or a face and see how much I have gained from this video that will help me in the others. Thank you very, very much. (I gave you an 8.) 🙂

6. I still have no idea how you did the glass. I guess I could find a tutorial on drawing one, but that kind of defeats the purpose. I wish you would watch the one you did on the glass.

Thank you Barry for your detailed step by step video's, now trying to get into painting and as far as i'm concerned you can talk as much as you like, i have watched many a video from various artist, mostly all good and am still deciding in which as you professionals would say medium to use, have now bought myself some watercolours and giving it a go.
   Will be watching more of your video's for your great advice and tips thank you and it must be time for another cup of tea.

9. Thank you. I have 2 questions: a) what if you have a painting say 50cmx70cm, and you can't turn it around for gravity etc. b) the balance between controlled and looseness, tight, cramped and overworked?

15. watched all 4 videos and love the technique you used to make a fan brush. also wished i would have watched this before i started my paint by numbers just for the wash would have made it so much better, but now i know how to fix it …thank you.

17. Love your tutorials. I would have done the upper wash upside down so the bead runs toward the top where there are no objects. Would that work?

I have just subscribe to your channel after watching your lesson on the apple and the grapes with the glass of water.  I have been painting for years now and I have did it with oils, acrylics, pastels, pencils but since couple of moths now I have started to try the watercolor and I have found this teaching very inspiring to me.  Thanks for your lesson and I will be watching and learning from you "maestro"… thanks.
