Royal Institution Workshop

Ben Jonson Primary School

On Tuesday 11th June, Ben Jonson welcomed the Royal Institution back to the school. The Royal Institution are a prestigious science organisation that were formed 200 years ago by the Royal Society to educate the public in science. Ben Jonson have worked with the Royal Institution numerous times in the past and we were delighted to continue to develop a very fruitful relationship. Dan (the presenter) brought the Feel The Power show to Years 3,4,5 and 6 during the day, before working with and inspiring the Ben Jonson teachers and teaching assistants during staff meeting time. After school, we welcomed over 130 members of the Ben Jonson community back into school for the family show, where Dan demonstrated even more amazing science! A Fantastic day!
