he does not say "why" it is hard only that it is hard. Answering "why" well gets most of the hard part done. Either you do not understand this (really?) or you do and have chosen a very misleading title. Sophistry will not change this.
Ask him what are the similarities between his theory morphic resonance and yogic concepts like samskar, karma and Brahman.
