    قومي بهرس 2 موزه مع وضع ملعقة كبيرة من العسل و اللبن الطبيعي مع زيت الزيتون.
    أضيفي الى الخليط الموز المهروس.
    اخلطي المكونات حتى يتحول الى قوام أشبه بالعجينه.
    ضعى هذا الخليط على شعرك ثم قومي بلفه.
    اغسلى شعرك بعد نصف ساعة.
    قناع الموز للشعر من وصفات لتنعيم الشعر المميزة، ستلاحظين بعد استخدامة تحسن فوري بعد الغسيل ، الماسك سيجعل شعرك صحي، ناعم ولامع.

    🌷🌿🌷. قناع الصبار لتنعيم الشعر
    الصبار من النباتات المفيدة لشعرك على كافة الاصعدة. يعمل المزيج على تنعيم شعرك وجعله ولامع واملس.

    قومي بمزج نصف كوب من زيت الصبار الدافئ علي الهلام المستخرج من الصبار.
    ضعي الخليط على شعرك.
    لفي لمده نصف ساعه ثم اشطفي شعرك

    🌷🌿🌷. قناع الحل شعرك بالشامبو ثم ضعى قطرات من الخل على المياه.
    اشطفي به شعرك بالخليط.
    اشطفي شعرك مرة أخرى بمياة بدون خل.
    يعمل الخل على تنعيم الشعر وزيادة لمعانه.

    🌷🌿🌷. فوائد زيت الصويا لتنعيم الشعر

    يقوم زيت الصويا على ترطيب وتغذيه وتقويه الشعر، لاحتوائه على الأوميجا 3 و الفيتامينات والمواد المغذية. يمنح الشعر الترطيب اللازم ولة بالغ الأثرعلى نقوية بصيلات الشعر.

    امزجى ملعقة كبيرة من فول الصويا مع ملعقتين كبيرتين من زيت الخروع.

    سخنى الخليط و اتركة حتى يبرد.
    دلكي فروة الرأس بالوصفة من الجذو حتى الأطراف.
    اتركي شعرك لمدة نصف ساعة، ثم اغسلية بالشامبو المفضل لديك.
    استخدم زيت الصويا كاحد وصفات لتنعيم الشعر، الاستمرار في استخدامة سيعمل على تقوية بصيلات الشعر، ويمنحه الصحة واللمعان.

    🌷🌿🌷. ماسك زيت الزيتون مع أوراق الروزماري

    سخنى نصف كوب من زيت الزيتون وضعي نصف كوب من أوراق الروزماري في الزيت الساخن.
    اتركي الخليط حتى يبرد و دلكي به فروة رأسك لمده نصف ساعه.
    أغسلى شعرك بالشامبو، ولفيه بمنشفه دافئه.
    لا تقومي بتجفيف شعرك بالمجفف، اتركيه ليجف بصورة طبيعية.

    🌷🌿🌷. زيت اللوز

    زيت اللوز من أفضل زيوت تنعيم الشعر، حيث يعمل على زيادة الفائدة من البلسم بمضاعفة تأثيرة على الشعر.

    اضيفي 4 إلى 5 قطرات من زيت اللوز إلى البلسم الذي تفضلنه.
    استخدمي البلسم على شعرك بالطريقة التي تعودت عليها.
    كررى غسل شعرك ثلاث مرات في الأسبوع.
