When it comes to "Why dont give every marine with a decent rank a sea prism stone weapon?" I could imagine that the marines have like a special group of fighters who all wear sea prism stone infused weapons and are only called when a devil fruit user has to be arrested or something like that.

what i think about the stone and whats kinda illogical in the one piece world: why don't all inmates in impel down got sea prism stone implants when the got in there? they have enough of it to have every inmate wear the hand cuffs but not to make the smallest of surgeries and implant a small fragment inside the inmates body.. would have the biggest effect.. even better: place the fragment at a vital organ so that if the inmated want to take it out they probably die from it
Best use of Sea Prism Stone would be too just acquire the scrap and offcuts from the manufacturing process and load it into a cannon or Blunderbuss. No need to craft it into a fancy weapon at all! The Franky Family had a cannon like this on Water Seven! It is alsdo a method ghat has been used in many battles over the centuries since cannons were first made. Surprised we haven't seen a Bola Shot being used yet!

Something I noticed is that people fail to mention that Luffy's reaction to the loss of his power isn't *normal*. The Gomu Gomu no mi fruit is special in the fact that the user's body doesn't stop being made out of rubber when his power is gone: He simply loses the benefits his special body provides him (blunt object resistance, etc), but most importantly, he LOSES CONTROL OF RUBBER. Since his body never stops being rubber, he cannot control his body anymore!
