Your channel has been such a comfort to me recently! Thank you for helping so many with the meditations you create💚 I’ve always seen an orb of color when I get fully into a meditation, but this is the first time I’ve heard it mentioned specifically. It was fun for me to realize that is a shared experience
Whenever I hear any of these meditations I goes into sleep…I dont know why…I like these meditations alot..but I somehow goes to sleep…what should I do?
I tried sitting and hear..then also went to sleep… should I force myself to stay awake…i think it is because my mind wanders off..anyway my anxiety and fear has gone down…..please help…
