Thank you for helping so many with the meditations you create💚 I’ve always seen an orb of color when I get fully into a meditation, but this is the first time I’ve heard it mentioned specifically. It was fun for me to realize that is a shared experience

  3. Whenever I hear any of these meditations I goes into sleep…I dont know why…I like these meditations alot..but I somehow goes to sleep…what should I do?
    I tried sitting and hear..then also went to sleep… should I force myself to stay awake…i think it is because my mind wanders off..anyway my anxiety and fear has gone down…..please help…

  7. I'd like it even more concise, just the breath and sensation again and again vs going to the concepts of centre forehead/colour/energy; keeping it simple is excellent. Thank you for your many very good meditation recordings, one of my go-to channels, very well done.

    Overwhelming with work and stuff. Loss focus, motive and passion and kinda floating day by day.

    Hope this helps me find peaceful pause I crave for.
