I had a spiritual experience once where I became the observer. I took a psychedelic and literally before I knew it I was somehow separated from the monkey mind and in a space of observation…I literally asked myself “who is that listening?” immediately followed by “oh shit that’s me!” It felt like someone maybe god was looking out for me showing me how negative my self talk was. It was magical.
