In this Eight Session Program, we explore the fundamentals of Autism Reframe Technique (A.R.T.) and consider its practical application. The program explores enhanced therapeutic outcomes when physical therapy is combined with neuroscience and psychology.

2. The interconnection of the nervous system and the social engagement system
3. How the vagus nerve influences the social system
4. How the vagus nerve shuts down the social system and executive functioning
5. How physical exercise and massage can balance serotonin, dopamine and states of health and restoration
6. Stretching the bounds of what we think is possible in autism
7. Why mindfulness and breathing techniques are so challenging for people on the spectrum
8. Why people on spectrum have poor body awareness
9. Why gut health is relevant to autism
10. Why there are so many comorbid illnesses with autism
11. Tools for self-reliance and autonomy
12. Tools for reducing stress in the body (not mindfulness or breathing techniques)
