  1. What they describe within the first 5 mins doesn't seem altogether unlike places such as arxiv. Yeah, there's a lot of shit that isn't bullshit there, but plenty that is; much of it under reviewed (and often even unfinished) before posting.
Frankfurt had marxists. Many PMs weren't marxist and never really discussed the sorts of things mentioned here. It was a challenge to structuralism, somewhat unnecessary for non pedagogical reasons (since it had largely undone itself and had been doing so since Hume at least). What did happen is that many discourses on the property and limitations of language were used as the basis for things that are difficult to accept by academic standards. Post-modernists probably would've predicted trump from identity politics.

The main problem with that movement is that its concepts are incomplete/inadequately defined. Thanks for your non-contribution, Pete. Don't know how we'll get by without people like you…

  2. How is this guy a professor? What is his area of study? Because he obviously has no fucking idea what postmodern philosophy is. The university that hired him should be ashamed

  3. Peter is a snake in human form. Satan has worked on him and through him to practice deceit and lies and to actually make people more intellectually retarded. Brain washing and changing definitions of words and driving it into some ones head is a coward move. I can't wait until you and Jesus have a Damascus road experience.

  4. EXCELLENT VIDEO, Dave. I hadn't heard of Peter Boghossian before, but he makes absolute sense. He is right when he says The Left (postmodernists) lack any means to discipline themselves. If you have the guts to stand up and point to anything flawed in their ideology they will immediately attack you personally, or shout you down. It almost reminds me of the cult mentality that is displayed in the movie 'The Killing Fields,' when the kid walks to the front of the group and puts an "X" between the figure of the parents and the figure of the child, then everyone in the group applauds. Postmodernism must be Satanically inspired because it goes back even further than Marx, to Adam Weishaupt , who inspired Marx writings. He was an occultist and one of the first Illuminati. His writings described how a New World Order (One World government, religion, and currency) will emerge from a complete destruction of Western Judeo Christian society.) It's easy to imagine how postmodernists question the existence of Truth when the one who inspired that thought lives in a black hole— devoid of all Truth and all Light.

  5. Ummm… that's not why he hated Marx. He hated communism, and that makes total sense if you value nationalism, right??? Communist leaders happened to be of that ethnic minority. Unless I'm wrong?

  6. You guys are conflating SJW's dabbling in Postmodernism with Postmodernism.
    Big difference !
Postmodernism is more descriptive and critical than prescriptive.

  7. "The Evils of Postmodernism," the psuedo-brainiacs claim. Meanwhile, drug prohibition in America has censored science, medicine, and ultimately, human ontology. I love it when the "smart people," overestimate evil.

  8. Think-qui-sition. So true, so sadly true. Just like the Inquisition of the 12th century, scarlet letter of the 17th-century, and the German yellow armband of the 20th century, we have think-qu-sition in the 21st century.

  9. The left and right are both shaped by the ruling elite. Thinking for yourself is an individual choice to get to the truth and ultimately the beginning of the service to others path. This world is still heavily controlled and people are becoming more and more awake to the corruption. The magnitude of the amount of it is what is so staggering.

  10. Sure. All of these things are true.
But Postmodernism makes good feels. Those internal emotions are the only thing that is real.
You will notice that Postmodernists are morally superior and since they are so well educated, the rest of us are, well, stupid.
    Perhaps I am.
    I asked for proof.
He had an emotional melt down.
I won, but he had better feels.
